Okay now you should have a keyword that a beginner can easily compete for. So build a page around that keyword. Make sure your keyword is in your domain name or your sub-domain name if you are using a free site. Put up some content make it original and your own work. It is okay to look at other pages for resources, just don't copy and paste there material, you wouldn't want someone doing that to you.
Now don't try to build a perfect page, if you try to build a perfect page it will never get done. Just build a good page. Now write an article about your niche, using the keyword you found. Don't worry if you haven't ever wrote an article before. You will get better after each article.
